LEAGUE RULES

A, Except for the following local course rules, the U.S. Golf ASS. Rules will govern play
a. White stakes define out of bounds

c. High-tension wires play as immovable obstruction (exception hole #6 tee shot hitting wire may be replayed).
d. All roads & pathways, free lift -- drop no nearer to hole

The following league rules govern out- of -- bounds & lost balls

1- Estimate the point where the ball crossed the O/ B line drop a ball within 2 club lengths of that

BALL IN WOODS If you can't find ball 1 stroke penalty drop where ball entered woods,
If you find ball play from there no penalty or carry out of woods to point

PLAYERS LATE
Players late may join their team at the end of any hole, they may not join in the
middle of any hole, The matches are 9 holes to be played on the basis of match play with
Penalty strokes as Called for in the rules of golf.

PLAYOFFS
Teams will be able to use subs in the playoffs; If a team is not able to field a full team for the
Playoffs the team they are playing will be able to pick a player or players from the sub list with
A handicap within 2 of the player missing. The league playoffs will be played on the following
Two Wed. after the season ends. It will be an 18-hole playoff for the championship round

The league plays preferred lies when in your own fairway

POINTS WILL BE SCORED AS FOLLOWS


Match -- One point for each hole won -- 1/2 point for a tie

ONE POINT FOR WINNER OF MATCH 1/2 POINT FOR TIE


The players will be matched by their handicaps to play each other, Both team captains are responsible to see that the handicap rule is followed. Players not in handicap order will be changed.
Score Cards
Please mark all score cards clearly to prevent errors in scoring also last names must be used on score cards. They must be turned in to a league officer the day of the game.

There will be a 10 shot maximum per hole the first player to reach 10 has lost the hole,

If both players are on the green by 10, the 10 stroke rule doesn't come into play

When a player is missing you will be able to draw before the match starts



All players will not give double strokes on any holes. also Blue tee players no strokes on par 3s

EVEN IF THE OTHER TEAM FORFEITS YOU MUST PLAY
